Listed below are the amenities of the park:
- Free open air pavilion onsite at the Park.
- A large AC/Heated space, with a fully equipped kitchen is onsite. It is most often used for wedding receptions, and parties of all kinds. (There may be a fee to use this space, and it must be reserved in advance.
- 10 miles of asphalt trails available for bicyclists (available to rent), or for hiking. This will be nice for Joyce to go out and look at the world.
- A large water park is also onsite, with a kayaking course, A climbing Wall, Child friendly Play Equipment and a Dog Park!
- Cabins have 3 fully equipped bedrooms, 1 bath, a fully equipped kitchen, and living room/eating area, a deck facing the western sky to enjoy evening sunsets. Cabins rent for $1100.00 per week in season.
- Docks for boats are onsite. Shrimping, crabbing or good fishing grounds are readily available.
- Free shuttle and free admission to Folly Beach down the road. There are plenty of beach activities there including picnic tables, and public bathrooms
